Overview

Making a New Software Category Easy to Grasp

HiggX is the business relationship runtime for what it calls the Agentic Business. It connects customers, suppliers, teams, systems, machines and AI agents through events, expectations and commitments, without making any single application the center. Manufacturing is its first proving ground. Quotation Factory, the first application built on HiggX, is a separate product and brand. Wim Dijkgraaf, founder and CEO, wanted a website that explains the platform clearly to the people who would use it and invites the right ones to talk to his team. HiggX is in early access, so the aim was conversations, not self-service sign-ups.

The problem

An Abstract Idea That Needs a Clear Story

HiggX works at a level above the tools most manufacturers already know. It is not an ERP, a CRM or a workflow engine, and that makes it hard to explain in one sentence. Visitors range from owners of metal fabricators to estimators, system integrators and developers, and each of them asks a different question first. A website for this platform had to be precise without turning into a technical manual. It had to give a first-time visitor the core idea within moments, offer depth for the technical reader and make the next step obvious while the product is in early access and has no public pricing.

Our solution

One Story, Five Ways In

We designed the website and its animations in Figma around a plain-language explanation of HiggX. The homepage moves from the core promise to a product walkthrough, then explains the four building blocks: events, expectations, commitments and governed action. Five audience paths help metal fabricators, owners and directors, estimators and planners, system integrators and developers find the information most relevant to them. Calls to action keep booking a demo and talking to the team in view. We set up GA4 and Google Tag Manager and prepared the site for SEO/GEO and AI search. After about two weeks of working time, we handed the design to the HiggX development team, who built the site.

Result

Early Visits Already Come From Search

HiggX is still in early access, so the numbers are small and the picture is early. In GA4, organic search is already the second-largest source of visits, with 35 sessions in the 90 days to 13 October 2026, behind direct visits. In the PageSpeed test of 14 October 2026, the homepage scores 100 for SEO and accessibility and 96 for best practices on desktop and on mobile. Measurement runs through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, so the HiggX team can follow how visitors find and use the site as early access grows.
