Overview
From LinkedIn Profile to Lead Funnel
BetterSys Solutions helps companies in the recruitment industry use LinkedIn as a channel for predictable lead generation, through LinkedIn Ads and professional company presences. Until our project, all client acquisition ran directly through LinkedIn. Fahham came to us with a clear request: he wanted a website that pre-qualifies his prospects and brings him booked calls with the right leads. The site also had to show what BetterSys stands for and connect seamlessly to his LinkedIn presence.
The problem
No Website, No Foundation
BetterSys had no website of its own. Anyone who noticed Fahham on LinkedIn landed on a profile instead of a page that explains the offer and builds trust. Without a website, there was also no basis for being found through Google or AI search tools like ChatGPT, neither through SEO nor through GEO. On top of that, there was no marketing on the website side at all. Prospects had no place to calmly understand the services, the process and the value. For a company that shows others how to turn LinkedIn into a growth engine, its own foundation was missing.
Our solution
A Funnel That Qualifies Before the First Call
We built the website as a funnel that takes in visitors from LinkedIn, informs them and qualifies them. The page structure guides visitors step by step from the core message to getting in touch. On the page, prospects learn exactly which services BetterSys offers, what to expect and who the offer is for. As a result, the inquiries that come in are the ones that actually fit the offer. At the heart is an inquiry form that qualifies prospects before the first conversation, so Fahham only speaks with suitable leads. The social media and LinkedIn integration connects the channel and the website, so visitors move from LinkedIn to the site and back without friction. With the German and English language versions, BetterSys reaches both target markets in their own language. We handled design and implementation with Figma and Framer, using a visual style that fits the brand. This approach is not limited to the recruitment industry. In B2B and tech niches, the path from a social media channel through a focused page to a qualified inquiry works almost identically. Only the content changes.
Result
A Fast Website Built to Qualify the Right Leads
BetterSys now has a website that is built for search engines and AI search, pre-qualifies prospects and presents the offer clearly and professionally. The site is fast and stable: in the PageSpeed test, it scores 99 out of 100 for performance on desktop, 100 for best practices and 92 for SEO, and the main content loads in 0.8 seconds. What used to be a pure LinkedIn presence has become a lead funnel that informs visitors, qualifies them and leads them to book a call.
